Re: Looking to put together an exhaustive list of live covers

Hey all

I'm trying to find out every single cover song that Mark has played live (with Red House Painters, Sun Kil Moon or as a solo artist), and was wondering if you guys could help me out, as my list is very short at the moment.

Albuquerque (Neil Young)
Don't Fear the Reaper (Blue Öyster Cult)
Love Will Tear Us Apart (Joy Division)
Teen Age Riot (Sonic Youth)

I'm talking exclusively live and unreleased covers, so stuff he's covered in the studio or covered on his officially released live albums don't count.

Any help appreciated Last edited by Dangerblade (03-24-2011 1:03am)

i have to ask, why?

This is the sort of thing if Mark heard about it, he would abuse you

That's kind of sad if you live your life based on what Mark Kozelek would think.

If I thought like that, this forum wouldn't exist. wink

hahaha God no, I'm anti Kozelek.

Although I am still a bit interested why we would want a list of every song Mark has covered over the years.

Because I'm a fan of Mark's music, and I'd like to find out if he's covered any songs I particularly like, as I'd love to hear his take on them.

I really don't care what you think Mark would think about me asking this question.
