That's too bad, I haven't heard it yet and was going to wait to buy it on vinyl but, it looks like it's not going to happen.

Re: Desertshore - Drawing of Threes - Album Discussion

No way mon, if vinyl were so great wouldn't we all buy it and they'd sell it at the greengrocers??
iF linen were so great wouldn't we all have a fine set of linen for the tables and beds..
Compressed digital music is class innit like a forced mini-luncheon for ears.
I only listen to the opening riffs of the songs in anyway and I only read L'il Abner.
Yeah you fucking plebs everyone and his mother knows that Kinder books what you read on a porta-screen far transcend them rubbish old ineloquent paperbacks, waste of paper.
You can hardly see the window view of the elegant industrial estates in some houses what with the bookshelves eclipsing progress.

I listened to one of the songs on Caldo site. I guess I was just going to wait for it to come out on vinyl.

I think the real reason for the delay ....err death of the pressing is because Mark was working on his album and that became priority.

I think it definitely will. It will probably be a small run with fancy packaging like the last live lp he put out.

Album rules and needs to be on wax.

I only buy Wax cylinders.
The music died when the great ship went down and I still see misty-eyed men who remember when the porter changed.
It happened.

Re: Desertshore - Drawing of Threes - Album Discussion

Hello! I used to visit this forum years ago, but I can't seem to remember my login (duh!), so I re-registered! Just had to say that I love Vernon Forrest off the Desertshore album. This is the MK I've been missing... I got the new SKM CD in the mail late last week. Sad to say I prefer Desertshore...

Vernon forest is my favorite track off that record. Such a great song with a great melody.
